Brendan B. Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and the manager of SJ National Consulting, which represents commercial real estate taxpayers across the country. His practice is dedicated exclusively to taxpayer advisement and advocacy, with a focus on minimizing tax liabilities, resolving disputes with taxing authorities, and protecting the value of clients’ real estate assets.
Brendan brings a dual perspective to his work as both an attorney and an appraiser. Although he no longer practices appraisal, his valuation experience spans a wide range of commercial property types and continues to inform his strategic approach to complex tax matters. As a litigator, he has successfully represented clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies in both federal and state courts.
Brendan’s combined legal and appraisal background allows him to offer clients deep insight into evolving valuation trends and defend their interests with credibility and precision.
