Caleb Vahcic is an analyst based in our Cleveland office. His work focuses on property tax assessment consulting and appeals in the National Portfolio Practice.
Caleb joined Siegel Jennings in 2020 as a Real Estate Tax Analyst. Prior to joining Siegel Jennings, he worked as an analyst for a real estate brokerage company. Caleb is experienced in handling client portfolios for various commercial property types: office, retail, industrial, hotel, apartments, and affordable housing located in multiple areas. During his time as an analyst, he has gained experience reviewing property tax values, assessing appeal strategies, and evaluating potential property tax implications of property acquisitions and dispositions.
