Matt Sellers is a Real Estate Tax Analyst based in our Columbus office. His primary focus is on property tax appeals in the National Practice and Ohio Practice.

Matt joined Siegel Jennings in 2022 and is experienced in handling client portfolios for various commercial property types, including retail, industrial, hotel, apartments, and affordable housing located in multiple areas.  During his time as an analyst, he has gained experience reviewing property tax values, assessing appeal strategies, and evaluating potential property tax implications of property acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to his work as a tax analyst, Matt is also responsible for managing the Ohio staff.
